Opis
- Responsible for implementation of existing model of cooperation between Global Business Service (GBS) and the manufacturing site in the area of material purchasing;
- Coordinate the activities between manufacturing unit and GBS to ensure the materials are delivered when needed;
- Coordinate technical changes between the workshop, GBS and the suppliers;
- Coordinate with planner and production department delivery dates of materials from suppliers (final input);
- Monitor the progress of orders and deliveries through GBS or direct contact with the suppliers;
- Create Purchase Orders for some materials (direct / indirect) and services in SAP system;
- Conduct material complaint procedures;
- Inventory Management;
- Analysis of the demand of materials and services as a result of the production plans;
- Participate in assessment of suppliers in collaboration with GBS and SCM Organization;
- Support setting up processes and further development of processes and tools to streamline work.
Wymagania
- University degree (technical or economic area);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of purchasing/logistics in production area (preferably in international company);
- Very good command in English and Polish;
- Experience in ERP system (preferably SAP);
- Experience in dealing with foreign suppliers from EU and outside EU;
- Knowledge of custom rules will be an advantage;
- Able to work independently as well as in a team on specific tasks;
- Ready for occasional business trips.
