Your role:

 

You are responsible for standard metrics reporting for key forums and reporting frameworks. You conduct data mining and analysis for insights from a set of data. You apply insights from initiatives to drive improvement programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular reporting: monthly business balance score card (BBSC), weekly service level report for Eastern Europe (EE)
  • Reporting and monitoring status on the improvement projects within supply chain EE team
  • Supporting analysis in a field of demand planning results
  • Order handling operations details for EE
  • Monitoring of Customer Logistics Profile
  • Periodical verifications: logistics cost ratios and variable margin calculation for EE, on customer level; coverage of order confirmation
  • Administration of authorizations related to order management and delivery transactions
  • Project management, process improvements: any projects contributing to customer satisfaction, improvements to KPIs of BBSC and mandatory initiated by central team 
  • Monitoring and coordination of supply chain related SAP setups (master data, flows, etc.)

Wymagania

We are looking for a person who fits the following requirements:

  • Graduate with Bachelor or Master degree
  • Fluent English (both orally and in writing) is a must
  • 3+ years of proven experience in the data analysis and reporting area
  • Proven experience in project management field
  • Proven experience in improvement management supply processes
  • Practical knowledge of SAP is a must
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw the conclusion and present to the management team
  • Ability to work in a complex / matrix environment
  • Strong commercial communication skills and able to translate customers’ expectations into workable supply chain solutions
  • Involved person, pro-active and can do approach
  • Flexible team player and self-motivated
  • Target oriented, problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of VBA will be an advantage
  • Computer skills: MS Office advanced.
