Opis
- Setup, document, organize and manage Integrated Management System procedures based on standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 in transport department
- Monitor and update documentation
- Increase awareness and compliance
- Ensure and update IMS on SharePoint where necessary
- Prepare and manage regular trainings and management updates
- Supervision and cooperation with subcontractor for environmental issues:
- Verification of contract terms realization
- Support for the collection of data from transport department to the annual reports (emissions)
- Support in actions required to get compliance with legal requirements
- Planning and conducting internal audits in transport department, being support for Internal IMS Auditor
- Implementation of other systems required by customers if necessary
- Supervision and supporting sites in corrective actions implementation
- Cooperation with other departments, especially with H&S team, HR, Purchasing, BD
Wymagania
- Understanding of Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007
- Knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft IT application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of English
