Opis

The Road Transport team is the integral part Trading & Supply Operations responsible for managing safe and efficient road transport operations with CEE Cluster. The scope of the position provides admin support in activities especially in managing road transport contracts with hauliers by handling and controlling the freight cost billing to the hauliers / e-hauliers via freight-self-billing process and execute freight payments. The Transport Contract Administration Specialist is responsible for the scope of Shell Polska Road Transport operations and serving the Retail business with over 400 sites across the country. Accountabilities: - Handle and manage billing process of freight selfbilling - Set up the tariffs for the hauliers in ERP (SAP) applicable for freight payments - Support procurement for creating road transport contracts and purchase orders - Run reports to check data integrity to ensure details are correct and take action when required - Monitor and control in close co-operation with scheduling department all relevant interfaces from the haulier to Shell. - Create and control monthly shipment cost documents in ERP (SAP) - Create monthly payments to the hauliers - Clarify inconsistencies of credit notes with hauliers - Support CEE Road Transport Contract Admin Team Lead and Road Transport Compliance Coordinators in admin activities related to all road transport contracts with the hauliers e.g. in case of new contracts, contract changes, tenders etc. - Analyse, calculate and manage the distribution Cost to Serve model, i.e. freight process for all secondary road transport - Manage setup of Reference Master data for execution of Road Transport Operations in ERP (SAP) system and other connected applications - Monitor and analyze transport costs. Provide regular data analysis, ensure data integrity through liaison with business partners and finance and provide feedback on items for improvement - Support of improvements initiatives/projects in the respective country or countries We are looking for candidates with: - University studies is preferred; - 2 years’ experience in logistic required, preferably in road transport; - Excellent analytical skills; - Excellent communications skills and problem solving skills; - Open, proactive and supportive personality; - Experience with SAP ERP system is an advantage; - Ability to work in international environment (partially virtual); - Staying resilient while managing unexpected operational circumstances; - Focus on delivery and ability to perform multitasking activities; - Strive for operational excellence and continuous improvement of her/his area; - Commercial acumen; - Fluent English and Polish;  What we offer: - Fixed term contract for 18 months, - work in very dynamic business environment, - cooperation with energetic and positive multi-cultural team of passionate people, - work with inspiring leader who gives freedom for creativity and ideas, - constant development through feedback/ coaching and collaboration across organization,  - attractive benefit package including sport card, medical care, individual life insurance and company share plans
